The camp is right on the river. It includes the camp, two acres of land. Please note there is a camp (red one) next door to it not included. The owner owns only a 30x40 ft lot and a right of way to enter in. The owner is elderly and there is a good chance this will also be able to purchased in the future. It also includes two out buildings. One is pretty run down and is currently being used as a wood shed. The other was formerly a small cottage and we have put a garage door on it to store our snowmobile and 4 wheelers.
